General - Shipping is done using UPS Ground Service for all of the continental United States ,unless a different option is selected at checkout. All other destinations such as Hawaii, Alaska and APO/FPO will be served by US Postal Service. Shipping by UPS requires a street address for delivery. Addresses with a P.O. Box (unless part of a rural route number) will be shipped via US Postal Service and charged and additional handling fee of $3. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.
Shipping Time - Orders are batched on a midnight to midnight basis. Most orders received before 12:00 PM (midnight) will ship the following business day, provided the product is in stock. Orders are processed and shipped on Monday through Friday, however, if your order is received on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday, we will ship on the following Monday or first non-holiday following.
