Rural Route 1, Inc makes every effort to ship complete orders when multiple products are ordered. If substitutions or back orders are necessary the customer will normally be contacted, however, during the busy holiday times or if we have trouble contacting you, we reserve the right to substitute tins to expedite your order. Each order, when placed, will generate a product charge and a shipping charge to the appropriate credit card. Changes in the original order may require a revision to the original charge and are done in agreement with the customer if the amount is greater. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
